Our experienced designers work with you to create one-of-a-kind pieces using your choice of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals—all at competitive wholesale prices. Every consultation is free and can be completed online, by phone, or in person.

Custom Order Policy

Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery for another item of equal or greater value. Any price difference for a higher-priced item must be paid by the customer. No refunds or credits will be issued for exchanges of lesser value.

Special Sale Items

All items purchased during special promotions, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas Sales, Limited-Time Sales, or any item marked Special Sale, are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
